Flower Festival.
Theme: "The History of Shotts in Flowers".
To Commemorate the Opening of
The Memorial and Sensory Garden.
The Flower Festival will begin on Friday 13th June 12 noon - 7 p.m and continue throughout the weekend.
Saturday 14th June 12 noon - 7 p.m:
At 2p.m. the official opening of the Memorial & Sensory Garden by Rev. Alan Argent.
Sunday 15th June Morning Service at 11.30 a.m. conducted by Rev. Alan Argent.
Sunday evening 6.30 p.m. a Service of Praise and Thanksgiving.
This service will conclude our weekend celebration Refreshments will be available. More details will be available nearer the time.
We would invite the churches to come along and share in this wonderful week-end with us.
Ladies could I suggest an afternoon outing to visit the Flower Festival See the beautiful floral displays and the display presented by the Shotts Historical Society and hear St. Patrick's Brass Band playing in the background (Saturday only). Tea and coffee will be available come and fellowship with one another, meet up with old friends. Car parking would be available at the health centre. If you plan a bus party please let us know.
